I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. JERMAINE AND HIS PARTNER ARE AMAZING. THEY ARE PUNCTIONAL, RESPECTFUL, AND ALWAYS ANSWER ALL OUR QUESTIONS. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICES NOW FOR 3 YEARS AND WE HAVE BUILT SUCH A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM. THEY ARE TRULY AMAZING. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR POOLS AND ANY SERVICES THAT COME WITH IT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I THINK WE HAVE BUILT A LIFETIME FRIENDSHIP. We have used Symergy to install our pool, pool equipment as well as their season opening and closing services for the past 2 years. Jermaine, Esan, Melicia are a pleasure to deal with. They are professional, prompt and tidy with the services they provide. When we had an unexpected issue, they acted with urgency and quickly resolved the issue so we wouldn't lose pool time during our short summers. Great overall experience with Symergy to date!
